Hoyt Helton
Hoyt is a native Georgian who has spent most of his career with The R.A. Siegel Company in various positions, including a 2 year break to serve in the Army within the United States during the Vietnam conflict. He served as Credit Manager for twenty plus years before being appointed Comptroller of The R.A. Siegel Company in 1996 and CFO in 2003. In his capacity as CFO, Hoyt has led the company to one of the most prominent distributors in the country.
From 1980 to 2003 he owned and managed a very profitable Lawn Service/Landscape business. He is an active member and Elder of Crossroads Bible Church located in his community of South DeKalb County.
He has been married to Mary for 43 years and they have one daughter and 4 grandchildren who are in the process of relocating to LaGrange, GA.
Mike White
Mike White grew up in Cincinnati, OH, attending the University of Cincinnati. Mike is a 30 year veteran of the floor covering business. Mike began in 1977 with Armstrong Distribution and had Sales, Builder, and Sales Management responsibility throughout Ohio, Eastern Kentucky, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Mike started with Mannington Distribution in 2003 and joined The R.A. Siegel Company in 2007 as Director of Sales.
Mike has been married 31 years to Amy and they have three children: Melody, Jeffrey, and Catherine. They also have one granddaughter.
Mary Catherine Bruce
Mary Catherine Bruce grew up in Macon, Georgia and attended the University of Georgia. She graduated Cum Laude from UGA with a Bachelor of Science. Mary Catherine began working with The R.A. Siegel Company in 2003. She has had several areas of responsibilities within the company during her tenure. In 2007, she was promoted to the Chief Operations Officer. Her focus has been to increase operational efficiencies through the use of technology and metrics.
Mary Catherine is married to Blake Bruce. They enjoy attending UGA football games and traveling.
