Len Kopec, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President
Mr. Kopec joined The R. A. Siegel Company in June 2009 as CEO and President.
Len has 43 years of experience in the floor covering and building supply industries. He obtained a B.S. degree in Business Administration from King's College in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania.
Len is married to Betsy and together they have raised a daughter and two sons, who have given them seven grandchildren to enjoy.
Dwight Bechtold, Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Mr. Bechtold joined the company in March 2010 as the Vice President, Sales and Marketing. He is responsible for the Field Sales force and marketing programs.
Dwight began his sales career with Armstrong World Industries in 1979 and has held positions of responsibility with Armstrong, The Wolf Organization, G.R. Sponaugle & Sons, and Quality Custom Cabinetry. He has over 25 years of successful business experience and is committed to the development and future growth of The R. A. Siegel Company. Dwight graduated from Elizabethtown College with a degree in Business Administration.
Dwight is married to Debra and they have 3 sons and 4 grandchildren. He loves sports, most notably baseball, wrestling, football, hunting and fishing.
Mary Catherine Bruce, Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Vice President
Ms. Bruce joined The R. A. Siegel Company in 2003 and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in 2007. Mary Catherine has worked in several departments within the company prior to her current position, gaining experience and knowledge of the flooring industry.
As COO, Mary Catherine supports the key operational functions of the company; including Human Resources, Customer Service, Logistics, Purchasing and Inventory management. Her key focus is to enhance service levels to customers through process improvement, technology and metrics. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Georgia.
Mary Catherine is married to Blake Bruce. They enjoy attending UGA football games and traveling.
Geoff Work, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Vice President
Mr. Work joined The R.A. Siegel Company in June 2010 as CFO and Vice President with responsibilities for Finance and Information Technology.
Geoff is a financial services professional with broad based skills in investment banking and financial administration and budgeting. He has extensive work experience with Bank of America, Credit Suisse and Price Waterhouse across a variety of geographies including New York, Singapore and the former Soviet Union. Geoff holds a Business Administration degree from James Madison University, a Masters of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Geoff enjoys sports and has a passion for the outdoors.
