Credit Department 
Our credit department philosophy is to attend to the basics. These include the following:
- Encouraging customers to discount
- Beginning collection efforts in the early stages of delinquency
- Visiting customers routinely
- Collection efforts are followed on a consistent basis with permanent notes being made for each collection call, letter, personal visit, etc.
- Using creative financing for past-due balance (i.e. transfer to personal note, sell on COD basis until note is paid in full, etc.)
- Seeking outside assistance when company credit personnel have exhausted all efforts
- Communicating with sales personnel as daily situations occur, and meet with each salesperson quarterly to discuss all accounts
