At The R. A. Siegel Company, we are constantly striving to find ways to improve our product mix, our transportation system and our efficiency. The R. A. Siegel Company takes your business seriously because we understand that without you, the customer, we do not exist. We want to do our best to service our customers with the right product at the right time. We strive to instill flexibility in our people in order to service the needs of our customers.
We examine our inventory needs on a daily basis in order to move material quickly. Our goal is to keep the fastest moving products in stock 97% of the time. Reliability is what we look for in the manufacturers and transportation providers we deal with. Normally we can turn a backorder in 5 business days. Our drivers make every effort to get deliveries made as quickly as possible. We work with LTL carriers when required in order to provide you, the customer, timely service when you need it. We always look for alternatives in difficult situations to keep prompt service a priority.
